On Saturday, March 9, join Sneijder for a special four-hour set and live CD recording at Avalon Hollywood!
This upcoming Saturday will be a great day of celebration. Not only are we setting the clocks forward for Daylight Savings Time, but Avalon Hollywood will be hosting a special four-hour set by Sneijder! The Irish tech trance producer is bringing something unique to the dancefloor as this event is part of his new Afterdark Live concept. Sharing the stage with him will be local artists Transcendent and Hghlnd.
First entering the scene as a Dutch hardcore/gabber artist, Sneijder traversed through the hard dance and psy styles before becoming enamored with his current euphoric-type tech trance sound. He’s gone on to become a leader in the tech trance scene, releasing tracks such “Love Of My Control”, “Decimate”, and “Deadline”. You can easily find his tracks on some of the best labels in the business as he is constantly releasing quality originals and marvelous remixes, such as his latest remix of Ben Gold‘s track “Stay”.
2016 was a pivotal year for Sneijder. It was then that he took a leap of faith and created his Afterdark label. Not only did he want to continue creating cutting edge trance but he aspired to create a label to spread the sounds of up-and-coming artists. He certainly succeeded in that venture as Afterdark is known to release forward thinking, unique tracks that are shaping the current sound of trance. On March 9, join Sneijder as he brings the dark underground style of Afterdark to Avalon Hollywood for the next iteration in a series of live CD recordings.
Rounding out the sounds of the night is one of the best side stages in Los Angeles. On this night the Pioneer Stage will feature musical stylings from the likes of Marie Vaunt, Bouncehaüs, TriCity, Suma, and Ace Aguilar.
